At Miller’s Sugar Camp we have a long history of making Amish maple syrup. As a young boy, our lead syrup maker learned the craft of making maple syrup in his Amish community from his father.
Ohio is one of the leading maple syrup producers in the United States, producing over 2 million gallons of syrup annually. The state’s maple industry is concentrated in the northern and central regions, with the largest producers located in Ashtabula, Huron, and Seneca counties.
